    BT....short answer...yes....IMO in this instsnce it may potentially be sensitive to AVB....if there other potential buyers looking at the same plant...notice theplant photo is hazed over...the aquisition has not been completed...obviously lets wait and see what AVB's intentions are?...This was just my opinion....bst regrds
