Any law abiding citizen would encourage harsher penalties for such cowardly crimes. I have no faith in the legal system and the police are often powerless to prevent crime. My lack of faith is a result of numerous lenient decisions in favour of perpetrators of crime. It will eventually force people to take their own action. Once convicted criminals identities become public record it is fair game. Eye for any eye, not eye for a good behaviour bond.
