Mgmt is bloated in size and salaries. Been an issue discussed here for some time now. Pay goes up , while the SP slides and the resource growth stagnates....
Not a good look.

Ev/res around $4/oz
Market cap $27million
Value ? only if mgmt pulls its fingers out and/or the POG skyrockets in the next few months.
They seem to prefer the ostrich method of management :
