I would be cautious putting too much faith in an American produced documentary on China. Having spent considerable time in China(including very remote areas) and observing what I saw and comparing what was reported in the US (and Australian) media, often the reporting was absolute rubbish. The US will demonize any country they fear(militarily and economically) - China, Iran, Russia and North Korea are a case in point. Not saying that the pointing to Mg is 100% wrong, however they grossly over play it. On the energy front, China can quickly ramp up their nuclear energy if they wish. Building up suppliers of Mg outside of China will accommodate western market paranoia and LMG will be in a good position to exploit that.
