    Finally the Mongolian government has clarified its position in regard to royalties,exploration etc....this has been a huge issue for the majors(look at the Rio Tinto experience).

    WOF just had its best day since taking hold of these tenements.This eliminates most of the political uncertainty surrounding a JV.Now potential suitors can concentrate on whats in the ground, which is oil and lots of it !!!
