Can't get worse, I agree. I mean, Australia under Abbott is just about the world's most backward nation as far as renewable energy goes. I don't completely trust Turnbull though - might turn out to be another Peter Garrett. But if they disregard 'environment', let's hope they don't disregard 'technology', where companies like Carnegie are making a big contribution to R&D in the field of energy.
