GREAT Bear distribution has taken a 10-year lease at Valad Property Group;s new 185,000sq ft distribution building at Broadway 21 in Oldham.Described as one of the largest industrial lettings in the North West so far the year, Great Bear will pay in the region of £740,000 a year over the life of the lease.The privately-owned company, which has an annual turnover of £85m has recently won a major contract for Stockport-based personal care and household products group PZ Cussons.Other high-profile clients of Great Bear include Sainsbu
