also imo what happened to mh370 was the same thing that happened to the qantas flight over Batam island only with far more dire consequences. A badly manufactured engine that shit itself and depressurised the aircraft. Pilots had time to set the aircraft to descend to 10000 feet but died of hypoxia on the descent from 40000 feet. Now a ghost plane on one engine it flew over the alternate airport and ran out of fuel over the South Indian ocean. Why post this in the humour page? Because it's funny investigators haven't been able to work this one out for themselves.
