After looking at the available evidence my bet is that the raising will be for the full 15% and in the range of 22-23.5 cents
That should carry Otto through for the over-runs on Galoc and leave some in the bank for Italy... Hopefully the last raising at these levels unless they can't get the farmout away and have to fund their full share of SC55 deepwater well.
