A few of the better informed posters here have anticipated a cap raising from OEL for a while now ,,,,, the $10m Gazzata-1 commitment in November must be giving the accountants (and Directors) the heebees right now ...imo.
However the MD's recent CorporateFile interview denied any such cashflow 'issues' ..... so guess we will have to wait and see if he has been telling 'Parkies' lol ....imo
Raising even $10m at 22c or so would be a serious face loss for OEL and may indeed not be supported by brokers ,,,,, rather perhaps the major shareholders may need to stump up the required cash ....imo.
Spawk - did you ever get to the bottom of the unexplained MEPS transactions and/or notify ASIC/ASX?
