Yeah, it certainly seems as though the volume and price rise would indicate news is on the horizon.
I read the 'before mid next year' thing on the snippet on ACR in the AFR which prompted me to buy the stock a few weeks back... so it's just a general AFR all encompassing arse covering statement which bears in mind the uncertainty in regards to the timing of things like FDA approval in speculative stocks such as ACR. So news likely before years end, but no guarantees!
