Ole is just a shell. The bet is simply weather something good gets backed into it.
Weather it happens is somewhat dependant on the judgement of those in control of it. I have followed the Current MD to ole from another shell reused successfully. I trust his judgement . But one must be very patient with these.
Weather something eventuates from the current announcments is unknown. But the guy has thrown a few bob in to get a foothold. You would think that hasnt been down without serious intentions
