I have been surprised that this hasn't received more attention.Even though the proposal requires shareholder approval that shouldn't be a problem given TAU has 34% and 2 of the directors appear to be substantial holders with a total of 22% (commsec iress info). I like having shares in a company that is "to be ASX's Only Listed Milk Producer" to quote the presentation.Lots of potential-look at New Zealand's thriving dairy industry and the great export market they have with China.
