Not sure about HRS but i spoke to someone at State One as they are the sponsoring broker and they are targetting a much higher price in the next 6-12 months. They think 30-50c over coming months then maybe 60-$1 over following 12 months. Probably a great day to buy tomorrow as the sellers want to get there money from the IPO and most buyers away. Anything under 30c will be a great buy.
