Only 30m shares on issue with 26% held by the top 20. Some common directors with BOM and CHZ as well with Stephen Evans chairman here (also at CHZ) and Simon Taylor on board (founding direcor of BOM.
Set up is pretty much the same as well with an initial project being a jv with Platsearch. The company has also stated that they are committed to pursue value adding acquisitions and investments in the resources industry.
I wonder if a high quality MD will be lined up for NMN over the next couple of months.
All in all this is a tightly held, well backed stock and history shows how effective the directors are at adding value for shareholders.
Very cheap at 20/21c imo due to the recent depressed market.
One to watch as any new personnel/acquisitions will surely add a lot of value for early holders...
