Battery quality hydroxide (and carbonate), qualified by OEM's, is in short supply. Europe and China are ramping up battery production. Given 12-24 months of lead time needed to secure feedstock, the market will soon recognize the issue at hand. VW has huge ambitions for EV's and has signed a 10-year offtake with Ganfeng.
