At appx halfway of the interview the interviewee gives an analogy of how MCkenzie (worlds renowned research firm) got it wrong on mobile revolution. 

IMO the likes of MS,JPM, Maquarie's of the world will be on the wrong side of the supply demand equation............ because with all such revolutions in the past the experts always give a conservative outlook on the demand side......... we all know with any revolution of a major kind its hard to factor the " snowball effect"
