    With the SP where it is right now, anyone willing to do a crazy bid for SDV could just threaten AT in the negotiations with an alternative low ball TO offer for all of GXY.... 
    GXY has failed to distinguish itself from the rest of the sector so with the sentiment for lithium the way it is a TO could potentially be a steal.
