In just under two weeks GXY will be sitting on $500+ million in cash, equivalent to $1.25+ per share on its balance sheet. Accordingly even if nothing else happens I expect stock price to be in the $4 range. I agree the risk of takeover remains but even if there is an offer I expect it to be a multiple of the price at that point in time.
