I am not even 100% sure on who our clients are though we have been linked to Ruifu by Roskill.
If Shandong Ruifu are the other substantial client then they were already doing major capacity increase work in 2017.

A year for an upgrade does seem a long time. Particularly in China where it seems they can just about build a hotel in a weekend.
Is it possible that everybody - Yahua and Galaxy - assumed that it would happen a lot faster?
I don't know.

But the client is there now with bigger capacity. I saw they have signed an MOU with another ASX junior for a portion of that extra capacity, but can't recall the name right now, but fairly certain that company was not even at DFS stage. I'll check my notes later.
