    Why this positive news / info was not included in the company "negative" announcement about the missed shipping.
    I thought they want to improve communication- Yahua is a GXY key offtaker - opportunity to put a positive spin - potential more shipment for 2nd half of 2019 and beyond blah, blah, blah
