Here is BMW's motorcycle charger that solves contactless charging. You put the side stand down on the mat. Now why cant we have a mat thats say "standard" 40mm high. You push the charge button on dash, the screen tells you must be in park. And the charge plate drops 35mm above ground and makes contact. Take car out of park and the charge plate lifts.
