I think the article quite nicely describes the current situation, whereby the downstream end (and other funding sources) are too focussed on prices etc today, and not looking forward with much effort at all...

I’ll vote for POSCO, as a potential partner, they appear to be trustworthy, based on past dealings and may be considered to be a win/win for both teams! (Galaxy and POSCO)
