With just handful of projects - those in production, planned expansion, under development , don't think it is that difficult to estimate "the best case scenario based on historical data / various risks factors" not the time line and qty spruiked by individual companies.
Persons with no understanding of lithium production, like that Mintak character or mainstream analysis should not allowed to make prediction purely based on his thought without providing hard evidence to support his/their case.
Similarly, "best case scenario prediction" on the demand side
