    In addition, I propose a minimum of 30% Wealth Destruction Tax [WDT] on short position . One can take a rational that they are causing mass destruction of capital gains causing reduction in Capital Gains collected .. causing a shortfall in public welfare initiatives, in addition to putting extra burden on health resources.
