well I voted on the basis that nothing has changed . I feel that to base the voting decision on a takeover bid pending with no details as yet might be foolish as in the last sale management opted out of said agreement and shareholders were and are still in the dark. If a sale goes ahead at a reasonable price, then nothing is lost, but if it doesn't, then how well off are existing shareholders, especially if retaining status quo?
