But when the facts change, then you are entitled to change your opinion.
If AZZ enters into an agreement but has an option to cancel before it is settled, and then subsequently sees the efforts of both its own work and work done by its neighbours achieve results that suggest its asset is worth substantially more than what they initially thought it was, then they would be a fool to ignore all that information and not to take up the option to cancel.
