I'm not predicting the outcome, only
stating the obvious. A balanced board
is best for all shareholders.
You don't seem to mind FAS having Board
control. How good was the FAS opportunistic
play, and I don't call a 7 for 1 script
offer paying a premium.
Don't forget it was FAS's bungling that
opened the door for Portman.
I welcome Portman and they will be
getting my proxy.
I also welcome FAS as a 23% holder of
GWR. This to me is part of the balance.
It's not hard to work you out as to your
allegiance.
