I am in the exact same situation. Bought at around $1.70. In theory the concept is brilliant. In practice its failing to deliver. I guess I fell for the marketing hype but there is insufficient substance to the product they are offering and increased competition.
I remember when Cash Rewards or back as it was known "Rewards Central" spoke about listing on the ASX back about 10 years ago. I feel like they've missed the boat now as their product isn't unique enough to warrant interest even from ANZ to invest and life the CRW price. That's my take away from what has happened so far.
