The reality is, Orinoco is a business and the shareholders are the clients.
Yes from time to time things don't always progress the way that the client expects it to. However, there is an obligation for the business to provide continuous disclosure.
I think shareholders protest multiple times because they simply want continuous disclosure.
Without that, where is the mutual trust?
