New low in 10 years?
$3 would not fall from the sky, has to exchange valuable assets.
It did not make sense to me that the share price climbed from $5.83 to $6.96 for getting $3 and losing good assets.

Without $3 bait, UGL SP might be $4.82 now, comparing with BKN(30% off from high in AUG 214). UGL SP might be $3.45 now, if comparing with ASL(50% off from high in AUG 214).

If UGL SP came down more, I would not be surprised.

(my view may be wrong. I am holding short position)
