The company does not make enough money (makes no money to be fair)to incur the kind of risks they are incurring. It comes back to management: Just not good enough to run the joint. The mill, Great Southern, what else?
I suggest a board spill and a total management reshuffle ( sack the top 3 for incompetence). Get rid of the lot and start again: back to the roots, focus on core strength and do what you are best at. May be, just may be, it is not too late, yet
