Everything I read about Ackland stage 3 concerns me. This mine is definitely located on prime agricultural land----and Barnaby Joyce draws the line on this.
The adani mine has much more chance of approval as it is on very poor land
It seems that rehab is not really possible in spite of the company posting some nice snaps
This mine approval will be a major fight and govt will not be in their corner
There is a real question mark over it, yet the company seems un-concerned.
NHC may have to make some large write downs of Asset values
