Bigmickey, I think your concern over being overstaffed with lack of quality management has been a consistent grip within the hotcopper community for the last 10+yrs.The problem is with numerous small shareholders and no key insider shareholders with significant ownership of the company, management has been running MCP for the benefit of management and not shareholders. Given this has been happening for so long, I see no reason for this not to continue. Given this I think one angle to invest in MCP is when the share price is low enough, that it could be a future takeover.
