Questions to be answered by SSM Directors

1. Why the SSM Directors decided to sell their 1,230,476 shares on market between 26 March and 2 April?
- At that time the SSM share price was $1.615-1.650 (Ann. 2/04/08)

2. Is it the Directors’ calculated and conscious decision to earn money on the cost of small investors?
- Small investors believed in SSM fundamentals
- Small investors did not know of upcoming new share issues but directors were aware of the upcoming event (Ann.15/04/08)
- Small investors did not know about Capital Lift troubles and the possibility of the additional shares on market.

3. Why the SSM Directors decided to issue additional 1,482,913 shares at the price of $1.500 soon after they sold their shares? (At the high premium)
- It was known by SSM Directors that the inflow on market of 1.2 mills shares will lower SP of SSM
- It was also known by SSM Directors that the additional 1.5 millions shares (issued soon after their sales) will further lower SP.
- I suspect that SSM Directors did know about Lift Capital troubles at the time of their decision to sell SSM shares
