IMO, management only looking out for themselves now, and now have a lot of voting power up there to do whatever they want, including hive off the best assets to themselves if they wanted to. Nothing any small shareholders can do about this now - just have to look for exits, and hope management have a 'road to Damascus' event, and see the light.
As for towels, owning this is like getting an ass-whippin' with a wet one.
