perhaps some insight as to what specific issues are giving potential strategic partner investors pause on moving forward and what measures or levers the company might possibly address to move these discussions forward. Currently it looks like market is betting that it is unlikely that a strategic is going to invest at project level.

I understand these types of negotiations are usually confidential but as we currently sit, unless management can give some confidence that a highly dilutive raising isn't just around the corner then i suspect investors continue exit the register.
