Could be an accumulation phase coming up as bigger players accumulate U stocks on the cheap,check BLR action last couple of days.Big volumes going through off market.Sad thing is though,they have so many shares on issue,and a lot of jaded holders,they could clean up a good percentage of the company and not raise the SP one cent.I think there are a few U companies in this position
