my involvement was from the outside. as they have announced they had a bunch of seperate syatems from the various acquisitions over the years that they were attempting to integrate into a single platform. again as they recently announced the oracle solution selected has had a lot of overruns which they are reviewing. to be fair the integration was always going to be 'interesting'.
The bigger problem is the distuption to normal operations due to the roll out of the ERP (again as they have flagged) which has dragged down base earnings plus they (again as they have announced) have not realised any material earnings from the Olympics and other major events in recent times.
all of which is bad news normally let alone in these times, which is why i cut my holdings and got out
