new lows

Whats going on here? This stock seems in perpetual decline. Its now very close to the the lows of the gfc and beyond that we get back to issue price at the initial float. Ive been buying here and there but it looks as though im buying the ol falling knife. $4 a few years to this?? Surely a market cant be so wrong? Chairman at each quarterly or announcement seems more desperate to pump up the share price - but the message is not getting through. Investors are clearly jumping - is it that doubts now exist over TH, is it the long lead time, maybe zinc markets or even the manner in which the previous CEO left after only a few months. Something isnt right.
