Today someone got tired of Corum's current strategy and waiting for a turn-around in fortunes. They are prepared to take a hit and offset the loss against future capital gains. However today's market cap of $7.172m might raise some eyebrows and stimulate some interest from a potential predator. However, I doubt if Bill Paterson is prepared to entertain any offer for his 50% plus....so don't think anything will happen. Essentially at this market cap it is well below any form of valuation of the business and its substantial cash holdings.

The Board and Management need to urgently find some additional revenue streams outside of its current business and ensure all its staff are productive workers. This could even mean radical diversification by buying a few profitable coffee shops...better than having cash on hand which is not working for shareholders.
