Didnt they try to sell off the real estate / payments business?
That might cut back a few numbers, and allow the company to focus on core activity of pharmacy
Seems to me the two businesses arent really all that compatible with each other.
Re ASX : ALC , aside from market cap being 5 times COO, might have missed the boat as:
"As you would be aware, an extraordinary general meeting will be held next Thursday, 14 June 2018, seeking shareholder approval for the acquisition of healthcare-focused IT solutions provider MKM Health and its affiliate, Patientrack Holdings."
