The Acuity facility isn't credit, L2B1, it's an equity facility. If they use it, it does involve issuing shares and therefore dilution. Hopefully there is more serious announcements, such as the FS and debt funding before anymore shares are issued, through any method.
i also found it encouraging that the board don't want to raise for P1 below 2c. Also telegraphing to potential investors what price they should expect to pay if they want to be buying a serious stake.
