Yes nice selective reading of the report. The paragraph above that table you've copied and pasted mentions raising $68.4m at 0.7c to get that price, not $3.6m that they're actually raising at the price.
@churchbat, using Edison's sensitivity of 0.06c change for 100m extra shares being issued, and this raise would reduce their valuation by 0.3c, to 7.04c
