prices in reo will stabilise and rise when LYC and other non-chinese/quota-bound REO producers go online and supply steady flow of REO
BECAUSE:
1)uncertainty around chinese reo export quotas is removed= end of volatility in price movements
2)consistent supply generates stability
3)no need to find reo alternatives
4)demand will increase due to increased production in current technical applications and future technologies
IF:
1)LYC gets this bloody LAMP to operate and produce REO
2)world markets improve
3)Fuzzliar, SMSL & Co are found to sit on a stock pile of LYC shorts
