That is a good pick up, although not sure of the direct correlation.
It looks like SG Hiscock originally picked up their stake in RDR back from the big shortfall of the offer and they proceeded to dump on the 29/5 at a loss . Vanguard picked up their holding.
Strange they have come back now . There is no denying they climbed the register well for the MLX/WGR takeover.
I wonder if they are getting the same heads up and getting in on this thing. Pretty sure RDR will not do any scheme of arrangement with MLX so if it is a takeover it will have to be hostile and they will have to get to the 20% . With the help from SH Hiscock they could get to 40% - not sure how they woud go ...
I am however accumulating and more then happy to sell to MLX and get of this management once and for all ....
