Luke Tonkin is from Mt Gibson Iron and is very well known to APAC Resources who are Major Shareholders in Metals X if I recall correctly. Apparently Luke quit Mt Gibson after disagreement with its Board. They were also Major Shareholders of Mt Gibson. I'm wondering how Luke feels about APAC Resources? Megles, it could be that Metals X with 4.5 percent approx. may buy S G Hiscock's shares....and that Luke will be instrumental in leading an amicable TO by Metals X. Metals X would need funds for this. Conversely, Luke may have SG Hiscock in to act as some sort of buffer against TO, though not as strong a case for this.
