    Unfortunately Rob I cannot read french but I am guessing and I have always stated that Gip needs money...what company does not!

    Anyway I do not believe gip has the money for a Stellar takeover...if they recieve the 110 million from the banks the remaining 50% would have to be raised through other means...Best scenario for Stellar is an investor like APAC Resources to buy up the gip shares we get a chinese investor and gip gets the money to progress there Abu Dabbab...a win win for everybody including us shareholders.
