SDL not able to stay above 49c at present.I think this is due to three main factors.
1.XAO is just steady.
2.H. bought their large line at 44c so there is a perception that SDL should be selling at 44c.
3.Some shareholders no longer wish to be in the SDL now that that the link with Talbot has been removed.

However I think that SDL will need funds in future and their new shareholder will be able to assist in many ways.
