wonder if the votes are to influence a decision at next weeks AGM.

i mean , there are not a huge amount of reasons to acquire voting power in a company without acquring the actual equity , so it is quite strange .

and if it were some sort of blocking attempt there is no way vora would hand over the keys like that as they are incentivised to get the SP moving up not stagnate.

back to 73c and its disappointing and it values the business almost under 100m.

bottom line is , youve got Vora , SIG , Penn and NBC , im sure there are more , but they are the main Nth American entities , holding about 32% of all of PBH , almost 100m shares.

why are they still here ?? they were in it for the US upside /expsoure . how do they liquidate their position ? they cant .

theyd rather the funds and move on to the next project im sure.

maybe they need pbh to be acquired to realise their investment and that might be behind the vora move.

i feel something will happen soon
